SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 

Days: Part-time, 6am-2:30pm, includes every other weekend

Evenings: Full-time/Part-time  2pm-10:30pm, includes every other weekend

Nights: Part-time 10pm-6:30am, includes every other Friday/Saturday

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
  • Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
  • Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
  • Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
  • Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

  • LPN from accredited or state approved school of nursing preferred.
  • Valid Indiana LPN License
