At Orchard View Post Acute, our LPNs are the heart of daily care. You'll help residents recover after a hospital stay and support long-term residents who call our community home. You'll build real relationships along the way. We value our nurses, and we'll back you up every shift.
We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our day shift team full-time.
What you'll be doing
- Passing medications and giving treatments, including wound care, accurately and on time
- Checking on residents, monitoring changes in condition, and reporting concerns to the RN and physician
- Working closely with CNAs to make sure residents are comfortable, clean, and cared for
- Partnering with therapy, families, and the care team to help residents meet their goals
- Keeping clear, timely documentation in our electronic health record
- Bringing warmth and patience to every interaction
What we're looking for
- Active LPN license in Idaho, or the ability to get one
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
- A positive attitude, strong communication, and a love of teamwork
