Shift Availability:
- Part-time, 16 Hours Per Pay period - NOC Shift
- Part-time, 56 Hours Per Pay Period - PM Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides professional nursing care to assigned residents and other areas as needed.
- Verifies Physician Orders and medication accuracy.
- Assists in developing resident care plans.
- Conducts routine rounds, noting and documenting any changes in resident condition (physical, emotional, social, spiritual) electronically.
- Prepares residents for admission, transfer, or discharge.
- Instructs residents and families in self-help/self-care.
- Supervises and directs assigned C.N.A.'s.
- Maintains resident rights and immediately reports suspected violations per policy.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Assesses individual resident needs.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates care for a defined group of residents.
Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN).
- Experience working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
- Must be certified in C.P.R. or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months.

Skills Required
- Currently licensed to practice in Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within six months
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care
