We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents and their families
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for resident-centered care

Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. Possession of a current State Professional Nurse License.
2. Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation-preferred
