Pay: $32.00 to $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care

• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Idaho

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident focused approach to care

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
