Skilled Nursing | Per Diem – Days & Night Shifts

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
    Per diem openings for both shifts with potential for future full-time opportunities.

Pay Rate: Up to $29.50/hour (based on experience)
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour

What You’ll Need

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Alabama
  • Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (geriatric experience preferred)

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
