Responsible for core duties of the LPN Supervisor/Unit Manager role within the organization.
Coordinate resident care in conjunction with Director of Nursing.
Oversees and exercises effective decision making to maximize best clinical outcome for residents.
Maintain a high level of clinical competency, including on-going awareness of clinical best practices to align to regulatory requirements and organizations strategic plans.
Oversees and audits the completion of documentation and reporting related to regulatory and organizational requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
