Key Responsibilities
Medication administration and treatments
Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervising and supporting nursing staff
Documentation and care coordination
Promoting a positive resident and team experience
Active Nebraska LPN or RN license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident‑centered approach
Calm, confident leadership
Long‑term care experience preferred, not required
Full‑time and part‑time 12‑hour shifts
