Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, along with gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a structured, supportive environment with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an excellent place for nurses who value teamwork, accessibility, and organization.

Position Summary

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care within our cottage-style model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
  • Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Compassion for an underserved population
  • Ability to remain physically active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
