Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
