Job SummaryProvides nursing care under RN direction; performs assessments within scope, medication administration, documentation, and patient education.
Minimum Qualifications• Current LPN license (MS); effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications• CPR certification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Collect, monitor, and report patient information.
• Assist admission/discharge; provide teaching.
• Administer medications safely; infection prevention.
• Support staffing and teamwork; document accurately.
Physical Requirements• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
