Responsible for assisting with oversight of daily clinic schedule and ensuring clinical coverage.
What you will do
- Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care to patients from our physicians and clinical staff to include charting, testing, and general delivery of medical care.
- Demonstrates and maintains a professional relationship with medical staff. Builds trusting collaborative relationships through timely follow up regarding requests and concerns. Collaborates with physicians and physician office staff to provide for the specialized needs of the patients.
- Demonstrates flexibility in managing clinical staff to meet the needs of the practice. Demonstrates a teamwork attitude in meeting the challenges of needs from within the clinic and from other departments outside the clinic. Demonstrates a personal ability to respond with flexibility to changes and adapts to varying work assignments.

Education
- Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
- Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
Experience
- 1 year Clinical nursing experience (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire(Required)

Skills Required
- Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions upon hire
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI upon hire
