Your Impact

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals to promote comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administer medications accurately and safely
  • Provide nursing treatments including wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
  • Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Communicate resident status updates with families and healthcare providers
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs
What We're Looking For
  • Current Florida LPN License in good standing
  • Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred
  • Experience in senior care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
