Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Loyalty Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential clients and demonstrating our loyalty solutions to drive new sales opportunities. You will spend 40% of your time traveling to meet with existing customers and prospects on how we can help them elevate their consumer engagement activities., You will be expected to deliver high-impact presentations and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of NCR Voyix loyalty solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and propel new and existing business opportunities.
• Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively position our solutions.
• Travel frequently to customer locations, industry events, and trade shows to build relationships and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to ensure a “complete” sales experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Proficient in Salesforce, MS Teams & Office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven industry experience in selling consumer data platforms with marketing orchestration + a fluent understanding of consumer data modeling & AI/ML.
• 7+ years of experience in a sales role for subscription-based software (SaaS)preferably in loyalty solutions in Retail: Enterprise & National account space.
• Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills; ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong ability to create and close sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team collaborator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• 10+ years of sales experience, bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel 40% of the time.
