Lower North Island Sales Manager

About the role:
We have an opportunity for a Lower North Island Sales Manager to join the HRV team, reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be an integral part of the business to set and drive sales, implement practices and procedures that deliver results, achieve targets, and deliver continuity across the North Island sales team.
We are looking for an active and visible leader where you will be responsible for developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales teams across the Lower North Island supporting them to achieve their goals and the business targets. Training, and effective leadership is an important key to retaining talent and striving for success.
In this complex and fast paced role, you will showcase your strong abilities in sales and result driven attributes, by Identifying opportunities, developing objectives, and implementing sales strategy, that drive the growth and overall revenue of the business. You will have a strong understanding of reporting, and can analyse results against forecast and, budget, using the information to make business strategies and continuous improvement.
You will be a champion of “customer first” culture and ensuring a high level of customer service and best practices are being followed across the North Island team is delivered beyond the customers expectation. You will be an excellent problem solver and be able to identify issues before they arise. Exceptional communication skills will provide the ability to collaborate, understand and form strong relationships across the business with external and Internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years leading sales teams to deliver results in a B2C sales environment.
- Previous HVAC experience (preferred).
- Extensive and Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Reporting and analysing capabilities.
- Time management, particularly the ability to prioritise
- Demonstrable experience in coaching sales professionals to improve sales and customer experience.
- Strategic thinking skills and proven experience in managing targets and budgets, ensuring alignment of goals to strategy to achieve results.
- High level of leadership in managing and leading, multi-site teams
