As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications, workflows, and integrations using Unqork, MS Power Platform, Mendix, and Workato based on business requirements.

• Build robust, secure, and user-friendly solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and backend teams to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.

• Configure and customize low-code platforms, integrating with external systems via APIs, databases, and third-party services.

• Implement governance, best practices, and standards for low-code development (data models, user access, security, performance optimization).

• Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to business users and citizen developers.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in the low-code/no-code ecosystem, continuously improving development processes.

We are seeking a dynamic Low-Code/No-Code Developer with 7+ years of  work experience with 3+ years on development of applications on LCNC platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern low-code/no-code platforms such as Unqork, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Mendix, and Workato. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable enterprise applications and workflows with minimal custom code, driving digital transformation and business process automation.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• We are seeking a dynamic Low-Code/No-Code Developer with 7+ years of  work experience with 3+ years on development of applications on LCNC platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern low-code/no-code platforms such as Unqork, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Mendix, and Workato. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable enterprise applications and workflows with minimal custom code, driving digital transformation and business process automation.

• Hands-on experience with Unqork for enterprise-grade, no-code application development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Experience with Mendix for rapid application development.

• Knowledge of Workato for building integration and automation workflows.

• API development and integration (REST, SOAP, Webhooks).

• Data modeling, process flow design, and UI/UX best practices in low-code platforms.

• Understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

• Ability to analyze business processes and optimize them using low-code solutions.

• Experience in workflow design, data visualization, and reporting.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities in low-code platforms (e.g., AI Builder in Power Platform).

• Familiarity with other tools (OutSystems, Appian, Quickbase, etc.).

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
