The Role

We are looking for a Low Code Developer with experience in OutSystems and/or Mendix to design, build, and enhance enterprise applications that support business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to develop scalable low-code solutions while ensuring quality, maintainability, and operational excellence.

• Develop and implement application components using OutSystems, Mendix, or similar low-code platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions based on design specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artefacts, and implementation records.
• Perform unit testing and ensure components are production-ready and integration-ready.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing and post-production support.
• Present developed features during sprint reviews, playback sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations.

Who You Are

You're a problem solver who enjoys transforming business requirements into practical digital solutions. You're customer-focused, collaborative, and driven by continuous learning. You bring a strong technical foundation while maintaining the communication skills needed to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3-6 years of experience in application development.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems, Mendix, or other low-code development platforms.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and SQL databases.
• Experience performing unit testing, defect resolution, and application support activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• OutSystems and/or Mendix certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET, or Java.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
