This role offers the unique opportunity to establish and manage a techno-functional team, focusing on automating business processes and decisions, and introducing a low code workflow automation capability within the Business Process and Decision Management Center of Excellence (COE) for Asset and Wealth Management.
As a Wealth Management - Low Code Automation engineer in the Business Process and Decision Management Center of Excellence, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and manage a techno-functional team. You will lead all aspects of low code automation engagements, from requirement gathering to deployment and continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with technology teams to create the necessary infrastructure to support low code automation capabilities. This role provides an exciting opportunity to promote value through the implementation of high-value initiatives that focus on automating business processes and decisions.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of low code automation engagements, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the development, rollout, and product management of low code workflow automation capabilities.
  • Implement the low code automation development strategy across Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Manage and track deliverables, providing status reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to create the necessary infrastructure to support low code automation capabilities.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to identify and develop reusable assets for data sourcing and other microservices.
  • Manage training courses and curriculum around low code workflow automation.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks and escalate issues to the team as needed.
  • Interact with other high-performing teams within the organization to inspire innovation and champion change.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the team's service offerings with a focus on repeatable, scalable, and exportable practices and tools.


Required qualifications, Capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of combined experience in business process management, process design, re-engineering, automation, technology consulting, and digital transformation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Unqork tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value using Unqork.
  • Proficient in solution design, identifying new patterns in Unqork, and styling using custom CSS.
  • Strong experience with SDLC and Agile development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of model-driven development capabilities using BPMN, CMMN, and DMN and Proven experience using process mapping and improvement techniques to enhance processes.
  • Experience with process improvement and re-engineering frameworks like Lean and Six Sigma. Yellow Belt
  • Ability to independently manage stakeholder and working group conversations on projects and Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management (e.g., KPIs, KRIs, KGIs).


Preferred qualifications, Capabilities and skills:

  • Professional and SME certification is a plus.
