RideNow Powersports Weatherford, the face of powersports, is seeking a motivated and skilled LOT TECH to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!
What You’ll Do:- Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
- Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
- Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
- Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
- Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics
- Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and help manage inventory flow
- Perform support tasks as needed
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)
- Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
