We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our vehicle inventory at our busy car dealership. This role is vital in ensuring that our lot is well-organized, accurately stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers and support sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including incoming, outgoing, and current stock levels.
- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to track vehicle deliveries and transfers.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and proper placement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and dealership policies regarding vehicle storage and lot operations.
- Assist in the preparation of vehicles for display, including positioning and signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Support the sales team by providing quick access to vehicles and relevant information.

- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate basic tools and equipment related to vehicle handling.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and safety standards is a plus.
