Lot Manager - Mercedes-Benz of Austin

Mercedes-Benz of Austin is looking for an energetic, dependable, and self-motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Lot Manager / Porter.

This is not a position where you'll be standing around waiting for instructions. We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying busy, works with urgency, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, high-performing dealership.

What You'll Do (include but are not limited to):

• Keep our sales inventory organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Continuously move vehicles throughout the day to support the Sales Department.
• Stage vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries.
• Pull and park vehicles quickly and safely for Sales Consultants and Managers.
• Move inventory between Sales, Detail, Recon, Photography, Fuel, Storage Lots, and Delivery areas.
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional dealership appearance.
• Assist with dealer trades, inventory transfers, and special events.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Safe driving habits and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and moving vehicles throughout the day.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• Monday through Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Off Sunday and one weekday.

Compensation:

• Starting at $21 per hour.
