We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher (Pre Primary) to support the early learning journey of young children in our dynamic preschool setting located in Manchirevula, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering interactive, age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early childhood development goals.
- Support daily classroom routines and manage small group or individual student engagement during activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher in implementing the curriculum and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the Lead Teacher and parents as needed.
- Assist in preparing learning materials, organizing classroom resources, and supporting administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events to support a cohesive educational experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for documentation and classroom support.
- Female candidates preferred for this role.
