Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description

Wir suchen zur zusätzlichen Unterstützung einen Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) für unser Payroll Team in Dresden.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten
• Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen zur Gehaltsabrechnung
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Lohnbuchhaltung zur Übermittlung der monatlichen Gehaltsdaten und Klärung von Gehaltsfragen
• Sicherstellung, dass Löhne und Gehälter sowie Steuerabzüge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater/Lohnbüro den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
• Beantwortung von Fragen zu Vergütung, Sozialleistungen, Steuer- und Versicherungsabzügen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten
• Freigabe von Reisekostenabrechnungen zur Zahlung
• Bearbeitung weiterer lohnbezogener Prozesse, wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Zeitmanagement
• Unterstützung beim Fuhrparkmanagement von Mitarbeiterfahrzeugen
• Buchung von Personalkosten in SAP, lohnbezogene Rückstellungen und Abstimmung lohnrelevanter Konten
• Unterstützung bei externen und internen Prüfungen im Zusammenhang mit Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Lohnprozessen

Minimum Qualifications

Das bringst du mit:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Personalwesen oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit releveanter Berufserfahrung
• Affinität für Zahlen und ein gutes Auge für Zahlenfehler
• Sichere Anwendung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
• Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht/ Tarifverträgen wünschenswert
• Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
• Fähigkeit, Fristen für Finanzabschlüsse einzuhalten
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
• Offene Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit
• Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Flexibilität und Engagement
• Gutes Zeitmanagement
