Job Purpose

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
• Plan shipments based on orders and customer requests.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, Packing list, bills of lading).
• Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules.
• Aware of logistics digitalization.
• Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers.
• Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation.
• Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility
• Identify logistics areas for process improvement and cost optimization to ensure expectations are met.
• Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and analyzing all inbound and outbound shipments, including working with 3PL provider.
• Responsible for logistics budget center; maintain cost analysis report.
• Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns and inventory.
• Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for the tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of all processes.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
• Check stock accuracy, FIFO.
• On-time KPI’s.
• CCFOT” Customer Case Fill on Time” and reducing delivery lead time.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator is recommended.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements,
• Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
