Job Summary: Support to arrange transportation schedule for outbound delivery in order to meet customers’ requirements on time.
Job Responsibility:
1. Make sure the production plan can be achieved by coordinating with Production Scheduler and Production Controller.
2. Arrange vehicle allocation based on customer’s requirement.
3. Allocate driver according to the route and delivery date.
4. Provide information of delivery schedule to related department such as Quality Assurance Department, Packing Department, Warehouse Department and Production Department.
5. Prepare documents of vehicle inspection report and maintenance record.
6. Monitor the performance of each driver including accident history.
7. Maintain good relationship with external parties such as truck owners/drivers, forwarder and customs broker.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields.
2. Good communication skill both in English and Thai.
3. Good negotiation skill.
4. Strong in MS Office especially Excel.
5. Experience in logistic industry will be advantage.
6. Driving license Class B is required.
