Job DescriptionThe purpose of the Logistics Systems Manager role is to strategically lead, develop, and support robust logistics systems (WMS, WCS, 3PL integrations) across LVMH Beauty's multi-brand, multi-channel (B2B, B2C, E-commerce) operations in the Americas. This role aims to drive process standardization, technological innovation, and team leadership to optimize the supply chain, ensure operational excellence, and support significant business growth. The Logistics Systems Manager will act as a critical technology partner to Logistics business users and a key contributor to the overall IT strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain long term project - SPOC:
- Lead and strategically manage all IT initiatives for the Supply Chain 2030 project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective implementation of best-in-class solutions across the Americas
Change Request management
- Strategically lead the logistics domain in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable IT solutions
- Partner with Business Stakeholders to define optimal solutions, oversee detailed specification development, manage project timelines, and ensure successful user acceptance testing and deployment
Support and Maintenance
- Lead and mentor the logistics systems support team, overseeing the proactive identification, analysis, and resolution of production issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and user satisfaction
New Implementations and Evolutions
- Strategically lead the business fit analysis, gap identification, and scope definition for new implementations and evolutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend optimal technological alternatives.
- Provide comprehensive leadership for the IS aspects of all new projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
- Proactively manage communications, risk mitigation, and issue resolution among all project participants (IS and Business)
- Ensure successful project delivery from analysis and design through UAT, go-live support, and post-implementation training, while meticulously documenting all solutions and identified gaps for future reference and continuous improvement
Other
- Drive the implementation of new modules and applications based on market requirements and strategic business needs
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the program director on project status and support issues, and deliver comprehensive, data-driven reports on the logistics domain's performance and strategic initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are required. Proficiency in Spanish and French is a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and support (e.g., Manhattan Scale). Experience within a multi-national retail or luxury goods environment is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen, including demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and contributing to cost optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically drive initiatives, resulting in measurable business value.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels, building consensus for strategic technical solutions.
- Outstanding ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and complex tasks simultaneously.
- Superior analytical skills to effectively diagnose issues, evaluate requests, and formulate comprehensive functional proposals.
- Thorough understanding and proven capability in adhering to and implementing LVMH's standard operating procedures.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams and with external consultants and users.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, crucial for fostering effective collaboration and project success.
- Strong ability to engage, motivate, and animate the business community towards common goals.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $115,000-135,000.
