Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Objectives of this role:
The Logistics Support role is a key member of the Operations team responsible for executing daily shipping and receiving activities, overseeing warehouse organization, performing inventory tasks, and supporting cross‑functional communication with both internal and external customers. This hands‑on position requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to navigate ERP systems and workflow tools to ensure smooth and efficient operations in telecom industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, validate, and sign for incoming deliveries, including FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments.
- Process Customer RMA check‑ins, testing, disposition, breakdown, and restocking activities.
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in alignment with company requirements and carrier standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform manual inventories, including cycle counting and reconciliation of variances.
- Operate general warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and carts.
- Accurately enter data into ERP systems, including receipts, shipments, inventory adjustments, and work order transactions.
- Use Jira‑like workflow systems to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Field Service, Purchasing, Customer Care) and provide excellent customer service to external partners as needed.
- Picking orders using RF unit in warehouses, yards, and various storage environments
Competency:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to assimilate information from various sources to generate achievable plans.
- Good interpersonal skills and interface with all levels of departments and carriers
- Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in general warehouse operations, including stocking, loading/unloading, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
- Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience with UPS, FedEx, and parcel carriers.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) for inventory and transaction processing.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excel skills required.
- Experienced in a WMS (warehouse management system) ie SAP, D365, Spectrum, JDE
