JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform logistics/analyses support tasks within a logistics unit (ILS planning, maintenance planning, supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/storage/transportation, personnel and training, facilities, data, computer resources, design interface) for systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:

  • Perform logistics element analyses and studies
  • Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, etc., and generate reports
  • Perform physical inventorying, cataloging, warehousing, material/property control coordination, and data entry in support of various supply activities
  • Assist with the entry and maintenance of logistics support data and documents in computer databases
  • Perform customer interface with minimum supervision to define and report status of routine tasks
  • Prepare routine logistics correspondence
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION

Minimum Experience and Qualities

  • Experience receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, issuing, and tracking equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Experience maintaining inventory records for repair parts, consumables, spares, and mission-support equipment.
  • Experience conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Experience tracking requisitions, purchase requests, backorders, deliveries, and material status.
  • Experience using MPulse CMMS or similar logistics, inventory, or asset management systems.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining warehouse, bin, and storage locations.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in recordkeeping and material control.
  • Ability to follow established procedures for inventory management, documentation, and equipment accountability.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desired Experience and Qualities

  • Experience supporting Government-Furnished Property (GFP)/Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability and property tracking.
  • Experience managing bench stock, critical spares, and sustainment inventories.
  • Experience supporting equipment receipt, installation, relocation, replacement, and disposition.
  • Familiarity with audit-ready logistics documentation and inventory control practices.
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-service-oriented approach to supporting maintenance and mission requirements.
  • Ability to identify shortages, record discrepancies, and material support issues before they affect operations.

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

A bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or related field is required or an equivalent combination of formal training and related work experience and three (3) years of business unit-related work experience.

In addition, a Logistics/Supply II must possess the following qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications
  • Must possess organizational skills
  • Must possess the ability to perform detail-oriented work are required
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

SALARY

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.

JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 50 pounds (anything heavier requires two or more people or mechanical assistance), constant sitting and use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must possess planning/organizing skills, be able to work under deadlines, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The incumbent must be able to work duty days in excess of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.

This position may require travel.
