Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and export logistics; coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment execution; manage carriers and brokers; monitor KPIs and costs; prepare and review shipping and customs documentation; resolve delays; drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain and the Commercial team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.
- Identify logistics risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure document retention in accordance with company requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations (Inbound and outbound).
- Familiarity with health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements , reefer exportation ,and subsidy file.
- Experience in handling operational problem solving.
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs, and enhancing service levels.
- Familiarity with KPIs and performance measurement
- MTS (NAFEZA)
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Skills (ERP / Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
