✨ About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to coordinate logistics and material flow across suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing locations.

In this role, you will help ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with supply chain plans while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

✅ What You’ll Do

🔹 Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities across suppliers and subcontractors
🔹 Ensure timely material flow in line with production and supply plans
🔹 Monitor shipments, lead times, and logistics performance; highlight risks and delays
🔹 Work closely with Planning and Procurement teams to align logistics execution with supply plans
🔹 Support logistics strategies and cost optimization initiatives
🔹 Ensure compliance with logistics processes, documentation, and requirements
🔹 Maintain accurate logistics data and reporting in relevant systems
🔹 Escalate issues impacting delivery performance and support resolution
🔹 Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and service levels

🧩 What We’re Looking For

✔ 8–12 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
✔ Understanding of material flow, shipment coordination, and logistics processes
✔ Exposure to international logistics and multi-site environments is a plus
✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-focused and results-oriented approach
✔ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage priorities
