Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international road transportation activities
- Manage transport orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely execution
- Maintain effective communication with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve transportation issues
- Track and analyze transport-related performance and service quality indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards
- Handle logistics documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within transport and logistics processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Confident working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Native or fluent Hungarian language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with ERP, TMS, or SAP systems is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
