Job DescriptionDRIVE 3PL PERFORMANCE THROUGH DATA & KPIs
You'll define and implement relevant KPIs to track 3PL performance, including validating and leveraging existing dashboards. You'll also monitor agreed KPIs (including IC sales performance) and provide clear, data-based recommendations to the 3PL Logistics
LEAD SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT OPTIMISATION
You'll drive the development of sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Logistics Technology by proactively identifying environmentally friendly transportation routes and leading their implementation with 3PL partners.
OPTIMISE LOGISTICS COST STRUCTURE
You'll continuously analyse, verify, and improve logistics cost development and cost structure. You'll also maintain and upload rate tables in the Transport Management (TM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing.
MANAGE PALLET OPS & SUPPORT NEW PARTNER ONBOARDING
You'll execute pallet management activities within logistics, including CHEP and IPP system monitoring, control, cost booking, and stock reconciliation. You'll also support the onboarding and implementation of new pallet management partners to ensure seamless integration into existing processes.
PROVIDE LOGISTICS INSIGHTS FOR NETWORK DESIGN & EXPANSION
You'll provide quantitative and qualitative logistics input to the Network Design team to support regular simulation runs and scenario planning. You'll evaluate regionalisation and expansion requests from a logistics perspective, assessing infrastructure, cost, and capacity implications.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience or specialized qualification in logistics / supply chain management, ideally within an FMCG environment
Proven experience in end-to-end process management, preferably in FMCG logistics operations
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvements
Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights
Performance-driven, with a strong achiever mindset and a proactive, “can-do” attitude, consistently pushing for results.
Ability to present results for key responsibilities to the logistics management team
Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (clear, compelling presentations)
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
