We are looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist to support daily transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will plan and coordinate shipments, manage transport documentation, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and help ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
This role offers a hybrid working model and reports directly to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
About the job:Plan, book, and coordinate transportation based on shipment schedules and requirements. Stay in close contact with carriers about pick-ups, deliveries, and any changes along the way.
Prepare, review, and file transport documents such as CMRs, PODs, and declarations. Share the required documentation with internal teams and external partners.
Work closely each day with transportation partners, the warehouse, and the planning team to track shipments, manage deviations, and solve issues quickly.
Take part in team meetings, audits, and logistics-related projects, supporting the team where needed.
Identify issues in daily operations, share them with the manager, and help improve processes once solutions are agreed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Up to 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain or a completed internship in a similar area
Confident working with Excel; experience with SAP is a plus but can also be learned on the job
Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is 1670 EUR gross – 2050 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
