As a logistic specialist, you will be responsible for all warehouse, logistics, quality control and document control activities, and ensure that all activities are performed according to company HSEQ standards and procedures.
As a logistic specialist, you will be responsible for
General Responsibilities :
- Executing assigned work in a safe and effective manner.
- Complying with company procedures, rules and regulations
- Participating and contributing in relevant meetings
- Filling in hour lists every day (SAP)
- Participating actively in continuous improvement work within quality and safety.
- Be an active contributor to proposals for improvement of equipment, services, QHSE, procedures and routines
- Reporting non-conformity in quality and HSE.
- Contributing with technical competence related product or equipment
- Training of new employees
- Executing other work as instructed by superior
Job Specific Responsibilities :
- Being responsible for all storekeeping and logistics for EDMS and Tool Pool
- Coordinating and allocating of Global Tool Pool equipment
- Contributing to monthly stock counting and maintain correct quantity in system vs physical inventory
- Managing domestic and overseas shipments
- Performing receiving of goods
- Picking parts to production and Tool Pool
- Managing RMA coordination and following up Engineering Changes notes
- Performing required warehouse transactions in the ERP system
- Managing NCR reporting and expediting
- Archiving documents and Keep environmental container organized

To be successful in this role you need the below:
- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line
- Have Trade certificate in logistics
- Have excellent IT knowledge and system comprehension
- Have knowledge of relevant international laws and regulations, specifically within custom and shipments
- Have relevant work experience
- Have knowledge of economic and commercial principles
- Have proven experience within area may compensate for lack of formal education
- Be Proficient in English.
- Be Structured, flexible, independent, thorough, with excellent abilities to coordinate and communicate in teams.
