Logistics Specialist
Department: Services Delivery
Responsibilities:
- Assists Suvoda’s internal teams to ensure that Delivery Teams are properly supported.
- Follows established SOPs and work instructions.
- Works with Suvoda’s third party vendors to verify shipments, and order needed supplies.
- Updates inventory records and maintains acceptable inventory levels of key supplies.
- Ensures shipping documentation is prepared and supplied to couriers.
- Responsible for tracking packages to ensure proper delivery as well as return.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Logistics role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
