Job Summary:
As a liaison of Reverse Logistics operations, this role is responsible for proactively working with the other Logistics Specialists along with Warehouse Operations to keep day-to-day functions running smoothly. This team member is responsible for supporting the Customer Fulfillment, Category Management and Finance teams with customer returns.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and process Service Desk forms and Zoro Vendor emails for customer return inquiries
  • Daily coordination with suppliers to receive Return-Good-Authorization in a timely manner
  • Act as subject matter expert of all returns flows
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the returns flow and participate in the improvement projects
  • Pull and work various daily return reports to ensure customer refund and resolution
  • Perform cost-base analysis on order level to ensure overall returns decisions are the right ones

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Logistics, Transportation and/or Returns Management experience 
  • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers, internal leaders and external third party providers in a professional manner in person and remotely
  • Computer literate with skills in Google or Microsoft suite applications
  • Highly self-directed and motivated
  • Operational and analytical-minded

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience a plus 
  • Some college or equivalent experience in the Ecommerce industry a plus
  • Have an understanding of DOT regulations, including hazardous materials
