In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Responsible for managing the logistics function in Southern China, delivering professional services to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee domestic transportation and external warehousing to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvement through cross-functional collaboration, OTC, and digital solutions.
Participate in projects, monitor KPIs to meet department targets, and supervise suppliers to improve performance.
Conduct regular evaluations of 3PL suppliers for effective service.
Develop logistics market insights and solutions while ensuring QMS, authority, and customs compliance.
Manage logistics costs effectively.
People and team development.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor or above degrees in supply chain, logistics, international trade or equivalent.
More than 8 years of experience in import & export, domestics transportation, warehouse, freight forwarder fields, team management experience preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer oriented mindset and service.
Good communication skills and have power of influence, good network relationship build up capabilities.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
