Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Logistics, this role will support Red Bull direct customers, distributor partners, Red Bull business units, third party logistics partners, and our global logistics supply chain team in Austria. Responsibilities includes coordination, management, and optimization of all tasks related to processing and release of customer purchase orders, product availability, customer support, vendor chargebacks, as well as leading operational optimization of how assigned key customers transact with Red Bull.
Job DescriptionCUSTOMER & OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Management of customer inbound orders within Red Bull ERP and release inventory to obtain best possible fill rate, PO on time, and delivery cost structure.
Establish strong working relationships with the Red Bull Sales teams to provide high levels of internal and external customer support.
Resolve inquiries related to customer and distributor orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and credit memos.
Initiate transportation track and trace as required, monitor and provide status of critical shipments and ensure inbound/outbound on time delivery.
Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challenges.
Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to maximize sales, market share and profitability for the company and distributors.
Analysis in regards to customer chargebacks, root cause identification, and resolution implementation.
Create actionable customer specific reporting as needed related to PO on time, fill rate, etc.
Provide logistics team support as needed.
Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications1+ years’ experience in supply chain-related roles
Outstanding customer service skills
Managing multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously
Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred
Analytical skills with Microsoft Excel
Experience in MS Office Suite
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64,080 to $96,120 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
