Logistics Specialist

Looking Glass is entering a new and exciting phase with the launch of a new generation of headset-free group-viewable holographic displays. We are looking to add a few members to our team to help build the future of spatial computing with us during this next phase of our company’s growth.

The company is headquartered in Brooklyn, NYC with an additional office in Hong Kong.

This is a full-time logistics management role based in our office in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be:

1. Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, RMA requests, and insurance claim requests.
2. Import and export shipments between HK, China, US, coordinate with various parties to manage the movement of finished goods and production components.
3. Prepare import and export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, etc. to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.
4. Manage relationships with 3PL, internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and factories to address logistics-related inquiries, and resolve issues.
5. Verify the billing report from 3PL, the logistics service provider before the finance team arranges payment.
6. Control warehouse inventory and arrange replenishment to maintain a healthy stock level.
7. Maintain detailed records of logistics data, including ship dates, tracking numbers, and shipping costs. Inventory reports and outstanding orders.

You’ll need these qualifications:

1. Rich knowledge of up-to-date international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
2. Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in logistics operations, particularly in electronics, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning.
5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
