Alphawave Semi seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate the import and export shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, knowledge of international shipping regulations, and experience with integrated circuits (ICs) or similar high-tech components. This role ensures the smooth and efficient movement of IC shipments, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and manage the import and export shipments ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Assist in creating shipping documents for export shipments at regional offices as needed.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, shipping delays, or discrepancies in documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and ensure data integrity in the logistics management system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize shipping efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll need:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits

We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and location.
