Your Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) related to logistics documentation and packaging.
- Create and maintain packaging instructions for finished goods according to customer requirements and MAFACT standards.
- Create and maintain packaging instructions for raw materials in compliance with supplier and internal requirements.
- Develop packaging solutions according to customer packaging specifications and requirements.
- Calculate and manage the cost impact of returnable packaging; coordinate returnable packaging flows with customers.
- Order packaging materials through customer portals; maintain customer portal access and data accuracy.
- Process and coordinate logistics claims with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor recurring logistics claim trends and support corrective action implementation.
- Maintain logistics master data accuracy and consistency in SAP/ERP systems.
- Validate logistics-related SAP/ERP data (packaging data, shipping data, customer logistics parameters).
- Monitor ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) compliance; resolve ASN-related issues with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor customer logistics requirement changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support APQP launch activities from logistics perspective (packaging validation, logistics documentation, customer requirements).
- Support logistics-related 8D investigations and problem-solving activities.
- Support inventory activities and inventory discrepancy analysis.
- Maintain logistics documentation in compliance with MAFACT, MQS, and customer requirements.
- Support traceability and customer documentation requirements.
- Support logistics process improvements by providing specialist input to logistics engineering and continuous improvement activities.
- Support logistics-related audits (customer audits, IATF audits, internal audits).
