Logistics Specialist II
Reports to: Director, Services Solutions
Department: Services Delivery
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being liaison between Suvoda’s internal teams to ensure that Delivery Teams are properly supported.
- Assist with issues that sites might encounter and assist in retrieving devices and shipping new ones out.
- Follows established SOPs and work instructions and strives towards continuous improvement.
- Works with Suvoda’s third party vendors to verify shipments and order needed supplies.
- Learn MDM and support Mobile Device Management Team.
- Updates inventory records and maintains acceptable inventory levels of key supplies.
- Ensures shipping documentation is prepared and supplied to couriers, as well as confirming necessary documentation for international shipments.
- Responsible for tracking packages to ensure proper delivery as well as return.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Logistics role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with international shipping
- High attention to detail.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
Experience:
- At least two years’ experience in logistics or customer service
