Job Description
- Plan and set up efficient logistics operations to align with strategic needs.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers, to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and on-time delivery schedules.
- Oversee the operations of logistics partners, focusing on inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports for monthly business reviews.
- Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and customer audit requirements in logistics operations.
Qualifications
- University degree in logistics, business administration or engineering;
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive logistics and hub management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and sales forecast analysis.
- Technical background in electronic components would be a big plus;
- Ability to manage dynamic supply and demand activities effectively.
- Fluency in English. Chinese (Mandarin) is considered as a plus;
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and collaboration with other functions and business partners.
- Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail and timely execution of tasks.
