Brief Job Description: -
Reporting to the Export/Import Supervisor, responsible for carrying out all transactions related to import and export of all goods.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -

Import related activities:
- Contacting the vendors and suppliers abroad for import orders
- Searching and selecting transporters
- Registrations with the bonded warehouse
- Document entries to the systems
- Organization of the import related payments
- Initiation and follow-up of all customs related activities
- Filings according to the cost estimations
- All activities related to letter of credits
Export & transit related activities:
- Communicating with customers abroad
- Searching and selecting transporters
- Organization of transportation fee payments
- Initiation and follow-up of all customs related activities

Qualifications: -
Required/ Minimum Qualifications: -
- University Degree – Management or Engineering school preferably
