We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our growing team and take our sales activities to the next level. You will initiate new leads, go to meetings and events, and build relationships with numerous stakeholders to raise awareness of our brand and our products, finalising deals, and growing business. We are looking for someone with a customer-obsessed mindset, with the attitude and energy to turn FreePL customers into long-term partners and allies in our growth journey.     

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers.
  • Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions.
  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop promotional activities.
  • Developing effective sales strategies, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, including terms, pricing, and service level agreements, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services to partners and customers.
  • Maintain customer engagement to extend customer lifetime value with FreePL.
  • Increase FreePL share of wallet with existing customers through upselling or bundling services.
  • Informing product owners of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management in the logistics industry.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
