We are currently looking for a Logistics Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export, Customs, or similar.

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in import-export operations.

  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance, import/export procedures, and related regulations.

  • Preferably experienced in international logistics operations.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.

  • For male candidates, military service must be completed (preferred).

Job Description
  • Monitor order processes and carry out booking / shipment reservation procedures for customers.

  • Coordinate with the Logistics Warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch.

  • Plan transportation organizations and prepare export documentation.

  • Communicate with customs brokers and ensure timely submission of required documents.

  • Obtain freight quotations and follow up related logistics processes.

  • Manage import and export entries/exits, shipment planning, and customs documentation controls.

  • Coordinate with banks for Letter of Credit transactions and prepare related documents.

  • Ensure imported materials arrive at the factory and exported goods reach customers on time and in full.

  • Organize external sourcing for out-of-stock customer orders when required.

  • Take corrective actions for customs-related issues and ensure smooth process completion.

  • Support internal transportation planning when needed.

  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and support their implementation.

Skills Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export, Customs, or similar
