As a Logistics Planner you are responsible for balancing workload, capacity, and operational priorities. You ensure that incoming orders are processed efficiently and that operations run smoothly. Working closely with Supervisors and Operations, you play a key role in maintaining an optimal flow throughout the warehouse.

YOUR ROLE 

As a Logistics Planner, you ensure that the workload and capacity planning process runs effectively and that customer demand is translated into a realistic operational plan. You monitor system-generated plans, identify bottlenecks and planning exceptions, and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up, safeguarding operational performance and service levels.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Monitoring and adjusting workload and capacity planning; 
• Processing and managing incoming orders in SAP and WMS systems; 
• Investigating and understanding operational and system-related abnormalities, assessing their impact, and notifying the appropriate counterparts with clear information while coordinating follow-ups; 
• Collaborating with Operations and Supervisors to optimize execution; 
• Take ownership of data quality and consistency, creating clear reports and visualizations and using these to identify improvement opportunities in both physical warehouse processes and system workflows.

You will be part of the Planning team and work closely with Operations, Inventory Control, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process.

• A gross monthly salary between €2.560 - € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience; Time-for-time arrangement;

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Planner who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment. 

• Bachelor's working and thinking level;
• ​​​​​​​Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Practical proficiency in Excel/Google sheets for managing, analyzing and visualizing operational data plus the ability to use AI tools to support analysis and identify improvement opportunities;
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, production planning, or contract logistics; 
• Experience working with SAP is a strong advantage; 
• Strong analytical and communication skills; 
• Results-driven and able to prioritize effectively.
