Key Accountabilities:
- Communicate daily with carriers and customers
- Work with ASL Fleet to utilize assets
- Build strong relationships with customers and partner carriers
- Quote rates for customers as required
- Communicate service issues as required and develop solutions
- Research carrier cost discrepancies as required
- Work with A/P and Billing as required
- Co-ordinate inbound / outbound loads with ASL operations or customers
- Order entry; Order tracking; complete reports as needed ie on time performance
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Education & Experience:
- Relative post-secondary education
- 2+ years of experience in logistics; dealing with carriers and negotiating prices
- Well versed with domestic and transborder conditions of carriage
- Experience with LTL, Truckload, Courier and Intermodal transportation modes
- Ability to have multiple focus areas
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Exposure to FLX and/or Renova is an asset
