We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.
Shift: Monday to Saturday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- General administration of Shop documentation, truck and trailer's permits, plates, stickers, check list, etc.
- Control all the national permits the company requires such as plate management, includes registration and cancellation of plates, replacement, cancellation due to loss or theft, special plates or change of status, driver's licenses.
- Coordination with government authorities and make the specific weekly and monthly payments.
- Control the provisional permits. To circulate without plates, either because the vehicles are new or the plates were stolen.
- Holdings and certification of holdings. The annual payment of tenures is every year.
- Rebill. In case of loss of the original invoice.
- Debts. In case of fines, photo fines, possession, endorsement, etc.
- Loss records. Both for license plates and circulation cards.
- Communicate with departments, relaying payments information and timeline for resolutions and track resolution time frame.
- Advanced english is a must
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Experience +2 years in a similar position
- Report Generation: Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queries
- Knowledge in national regulations, permits government procedures
- Availability to be in constant movement for specific procedures
