Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Logistics Order Planner ben je een belangrijke schakel in onze 24/7 productieomgeving. Je werkt in een gemotiveerd team en maakt deel uit van de Logistics afdeling. Deze afdeling richt zich op optimale prestaties en leveringen aan klanten.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Logistics Manager.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Beheren van interne planningsprocessen met betrekking tot (MTO) orders in samenwerking met de productie- en verpakkingsafdelingen;

  • Beheren van consignatiefiberstock en verkooporders, zowel bij de klant als in ons ERP-systeem (SAP); Beheren van logistieke processen met betrekking tot verkoop-, kleur-, special- en rework-orders in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen;

  • Beheren van fiberstock in het vezelmagazijn en signaleren wanneer voorraden van verouderde vezels oplopen;

  • Dagelijks afstemmen met interne stakeholders over de productie en de planning hierop aanpassen;

  • Beheren van afroeporders van een externe vezelleverancier.

Als Logistics Order Planner bij Prysmian Eindhoven:

  • Ben je een enthousiaste, betrouwbare en oplossingsgerichte medewerker die uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat en continu zoekt naar verbetering van bestaande processen;

  • Heb je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in logistiek of bedrijfskunde, en beschik je over 2-4 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;

  • Ben je in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, ben je sterk in plannen en organiseren en beschik je over overtuigingskracht;

  • Beschik je over administratieve vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen om met druk van verschillende stakeholders om te gaan;

  • Heb je kennis van ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP) en ben je vertrouwd met Microsoft Office, met name Excel;

  • Heb je ervaring met verbeterprocessen (zoals LEAN) en met wet- en regelgeving rondom export;

  • Heb je kennis van Incoterms en andere exportgerelateerde processen (pré);

  • Beschik je over een proactieve werkhouding en werk je nauwkeurig. Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en bent in het bezit van een VCA Basis certificaat of bereid dit binnen één maand na indiensttreding te behalen.

Logistics Order Planner 

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Order Planner, you will be an important player in our 24/7 production environment. You will be working in a motivated team and will be part of the Logistics department. This department focuses on optimal performance and delivery to customers.  

In this position, you will report to the Logistics Manager. 

 
Your main tasks: 

  • Managing internal planning processes relating to (MTO) orders in collaboration with production and packaging departments; 

  • Managing consignment fibre stock and sales orders both at the customer's premises and in our ERP system (SAP); Managing the logistics processes relating to sales, colour, speciality and rework orders in collaboration with various departments; 

  • Managing fibre stock in the fibre warehouse and indicating when stocks of obsolete fibres are accumulating; 

  • You coordinate daily with internal stakeholders about production and adjust the planning accordingly; 

  • You manage call-off orders from an external fibre supplier. 

 

You are the perfect candidate if

  • You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in logistics or business administration,

  • You have 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant position

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently

  • You have administrative skills and analytical abilities that enable you to deal with pressure from various stakeholders

  • You have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and are familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • You have experience with improvement processes (such as LEAN) and with legal regulations concerning exports. 

  • You have knowledge of Incoterms and other export-related processes (preferred)

  • You hold a Basic VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one within one month of starting work at our organization. 

  • You are a reliable and solution-oriented employee who does not shy away from challenges and is constantly looking to improve existing processes; 

  • You are able to make decisions independently, are strong at planning and organising, and have the ability to persuade; 

 
What do we offer you? 
A challenging position in an innovative production environment, graded at scale 10. The salary depends on your education and experience. 

You are entitled to 27 days of holiday and 13 ATV days based on full-time employment.
